Provide customer service (SAC), focusing on industrial clients, offering support regarding delivery status, incidents, deadlines, and operational requests. 2\. Monitor and manage collection, delivery, and return schedules, ensuring deadline compliance and alignment with involved departments. 3\. Operate and update the customer portal, entering information, tracking requests, incidents, and proof-of-delivery documents. 4\. Archive and control delivery receipts (proofs of delivery), ensuring document organization and traceability. 5\. Provide assistance and support to drivers, clarifying routes, deliveries, collections, returns, and incident handling during trips. 6\. Conduct daily follow-up with customers and operational staff regarding in-transit cargo and pending items. 7\. Maintain updated operational controls and reports as required by the logistics department. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and planning capability.
