If you identify with our Positivo way of being, **submit your resume and apply for this position!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **During the internship, you will have the opportunity to:** * Support software, hardware, and other IT asset inventory control. * Contribute to process and technology improvement projects. * Monitor software licensing and support its management. * Participate in maintenance and updating of unit IT equipment. * Monitor stock levels of IT equipment and supplies. * Assist in producing and updating technical documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.). * Monitor the annual equipment refresh process (rollout). * Support user and license management. * Collaborate in monitoring performance indicators and SLAs for the support area (Helpdesk and Service Desk). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology. * Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite. * Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment. * Knowledge of IT best practices (e.g., the ITIL framework). **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience with remote support tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Microsoft Teams. * Knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). * Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and network infrastructure (switches, patch cords, patch panels). * Basic understanding of logical network structure (VLAN). * Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) operations. * Basic knowledge of Windows servers and telephony. **Additional Information:** * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Availability to work at this address: R.
