**Responsibilities:**
* Providing telephone support to cooperative members, focusing on assistance, guidance, and escalation of 24-hour support requests;
* Supporting registration analysis, verification of documentation, and vehicle photos;
* Issuing duplicate payment slips and supporting active collections, with CRM logging;
* Contacting delinquent cooperative members and mediating with consultants when necessary;
* Supporting cancellation processes—including analysis, retention efforts, payment slip generation, and control updates;
* Contacting partner towing services to check availability and negotiate, as needed;
* Updating systems, spreadsheets, and operational records.
**Requirements:**
* Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule;
* Availability for in-person work at Anita Garibaldi;
* Prior experience in collections—including client negotiation and end-to-end resolution of collection-related matters;
* Experience in customer service via both telephone and digital channels, emphasizing quality, clarity, and empathy in communication;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level), with ease in using spreadsheets, recordkeeping, and operational controls.
