




**Job Mission** Support administrative and operational routines of corporate departments, developing professional and behavioral competencies through hands-on activities and learning courses, contributing to the smooth functioning of internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines, such as document organization, spreadsheet control, and system updates. * Assist with internal service (to employees and leaders), directing requests and clarifying basic questions. * Monitor and support the department’s request workflows (purchase requisitions, registrations, updates, internal tickets). * Enter data into corporate systems (ERP, HR platform, or CRM, depending on the department). * Assist in preparing reports, simple presentations, and operational controls. * Participate in training and development programs outlined in the apprenticeship contract. * Collaborate in organizing the work environment and supporting team routines. * Provide support in preparing documents, files, and records according to the tutor’s instructions. * Assist in area-specific processes where assigned (e.g., resume screening in HR, invoice verification in Finance, ticket creation in IT, etc.). **Mandatory Requirements** * Age between 14 and 24 years. * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school. * Basic computer skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a corporate environment. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
