We believe that promoting the **social inclusion** of young people in the world of work is a decisive factor for a **better and more equitable society**, and if this also motivates you, join our team! **Selection Process Steps:** * Application and resume evaluation; * Chat with the recruiter (conducted online); * Technical interview with the local Coordinator; * Feedback and/or offer (always delivered with transparency, empathy, and respect). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist Learning Mentors in complementary activities or substitute them in case of occasional absences; * Provide support to families and companies, delivering necessary information and assistance; * Assist in organizing family meetings with educators, ensuring participation and engagement of guardians; * Monitor apprentices’ attendance, tracking punctuality and identifying reasons for absences; * Contact partners to develop lectures and courses for theoretical training, as needed; * Assist in planning and executing events related to CIEE/SC’s social programs, supporting logistics and organization; * Manage unit classroom bookings, ensuring space availability and appropriate usage; * Perform other duties relevant to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Pedagogy * Availability for 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM\) * Experience in school secretarial activities * Microsoft Office * Verbal and written communication skills * Ethics * Initiative * Empathy **Additional Information** To take care of you, we offer: * **Medical assistance (Unimed)** with 50% co-payment for procedures, **no monthly fee** for the employee.
