Inspect and register incoming materials into inventory via terminal, matching materials and internal manufacturing orders against planned orders, verifying type and quantity, and cross-checking with manufacturing orders recorded in the system.
Perform daily material preparation according to the Sectional Transfer Suggestion Map, always delivering exact or greater quantities.
Prepare and deliver requested indirect materials based on requisitions, ensuring correct completion of forms, recording delivered quantities, obtaining recipient’s signature, and signing requisitions after entering data into computer terminals.
Conduct daily inventory counts for specific materials using the cyclic count report, comparing physical stock with system records, and adjusting inventory balances using designated forms; maintain records of discrepancies by warehouse and employee to identify root causes or origins, aiming to eliminate them through procedural or routine improvements.
Inspect and prepare materials designated for sale to controlled entities and/or third parties, in accordance with purchase orders and/or requests.
Inspect material return requisitions from the factory, verifying proper completion and confirming correct form color (red).
Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general guidelines related to assigned tasks.
Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, and recording results when necessary.
Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
Perform other duties related to those described above, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
