The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed within the correct project review, procedures, and planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Place material requisitions for contractors; * Monitor the implementation of purchase orders and contract signing; * Support the preparation of Amendment Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification reports (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party services are delivered within budget, timeline, quality, and safety requirements on construction sites; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze project drawings.
