A Warehouse Clerk's mission is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories—aiming to meet operational demands, support project scheduling, and manage inventory effectively. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Release requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of material dispatches; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, testing it during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Conduct practical training for new employees per company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Office / Google Suite; * Knowledge of construction-related materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
