We are looking for Full-Stack Software Engineers to work on two opportunities within the Credit Risk area, on BTG Pactual’s Special Portal and Risk Analysis System (RAS) projects. BTG Pactual operates strategic systems that support critical operations for the bank and its clients, with a focus on expansion across Latin America and the United States. **Special Portal:** A platform centralizing multiple products from the Special Situations area, including administrative portals and workflows for acquiring products such as Precautionary Awards (Precatórios), Consortiums, Court Judgments (Colombia), Royalties, among others. The system is continuously growing and currently operates in Brazil and Colombia. Key challenges include maintaining system stability and organization, driving technological modernization, integrating with other group companies (Arc4, Enforce, Concash), and expanding into new markets. **Risk Analysis System (RAS):** Responsible for the bank’s credit operations, RAS is used by various internal departments for structuring and approving such operations. With BTG Pactual’s expansion into other Latin American countries and the United States, the system is being adapted and deployed to serve these new markets, requiring both technical and cultural alignment with these international environments. Both projects require professionals with strong technical expertise, the ability to work on complex systems and ongoing modernization processes, as well as skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and partners.
