




Job Summary: Professional responsible for telephone support, field team scheduling, employee support, and control of administrative and operational routines, with emphasis on organization and advanced Excel skills. Spreadsheet control and general administrative tasks **Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone support and direct service requests to field teams. * Support employees by clarifying doubts and recording requests. * Locate field teams and organize daily service scheduling. * Distribute service orders according to priority and operational needs. * Verify, update, and close service orders in the system. * Control operational and administrative spreadsheets using advanced Excel features (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization). * Monitor operation- and team-related reports and indicators. * Perform general administrative tasks using computers and internal systems. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as sector-related files and documents. * Assist with internal routines, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to supervision and management. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative routines or team scheduling (preferred). * Strong customer service skills and clear communication. * Organizational ability, agility, and attention to detail. * **Proficiency in Excel** (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
