Opportunity for professional growth in the finance area The Junior Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable will be responsible for supporting the execution of financial routines related to payments, expense control, reconciliations, and document organization. They will work alongside the finance team to ensure adherence to deadlines, accuracy of information, and compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities** * Support scheduling and execution of payments to suppliers, * partners, and operational expenses; * Perform bank reconciliations for company accounts; * Control and organize financial documents and payment evidence; * Assist in analyzing fixed and variable expenses; * Monitor payment due dates and ensure no payment delays occur; * Support preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable; * Collaborate with accounting and tax departments by providing required information and documents; * Contribute to continuous improvement of accounts payable processes. **Requirements** * Education: Currently pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel); * Experience: Internship or prior experience in financial routines / accounts payable is desirable; * Behavioral competencies: Organization, attention to detail, * responsibility, proactivity, and strong communication skills. **What We Offer** * Opportunity for learning and development in financial routines; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Opportunity for professional growth within the finance area.
