We are looking for a professional to work in the **Facilities Leader** area. Key Responsibilities: **1\. Hard Services Management (Technical Maintenance)** * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of critical systems: electrical (substations, generators, UPS), hydraulic, civil, and **HVAC** (air conditioning). * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NR\-10, NR\-35) and maintenance plans (PMOC). * Monitor energy, water, and gas consumption measurements, proposing energy efficiency projects. **2\.
