Use of the Domínio Sistemas operating system The accounting office seeks a Human Resources Assistant in Itajaí. Recrutamento RH is a company specialized in talent recruitment and selection solutions. We offer customized services to meet each client’s needs, connecting companies with qualified professionals. **Responsibilities:** Employee onboarding: Collection of required documentation. Registration in the CTPS (Labor Book), whether digital or physical. Preparation of employment contracts. Payroll: Calculation of salaries, overtime, night shift allowances, commissions, and other components. Benefits administration: Management of transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others. Vacation: Tracking of acquisition periods, plus calculation and scheduling of vacations. Social charges and ancillary obligations: Management of INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED (when applicable), RAIS, and DIRF. Contract terminations: Calculation of severance payments and conducting homologations when required. Time tracking: Analysis of clock-in/clock-out records, work schedule adjustments, and absence registration. Collective conventions and agreements: Proper application according to professional category. Leaves of absence and medical certificates: Notification to INSS when required, plus system entry and tracking. Labor legislation: Continuous updates to ensure legal compliance and prevent labor liabilities. Use of the Domínio Sistemas operating system. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
