Key responsibilities include continuously tracking established delivery dates, evaluating potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. The professional must also analyze the lead times of production processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, they will closely collaborate with management by providing relevant analyses and information to support decision-making and contribute insights for strategic planning. The PCP Analyst will serve as a support point for other departments, ensuring smooth communication and cross-team integration, always focusing on continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. Updating and maintaining production performance reports is also part of their duties, ensuring all data is available for management review and contributing to the achievement of company goals.
