Job Summary: Professional to lead and standardize SGI processes, manage suppliers, certifications, and audits, with a focus on food quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work location: Jaraguá do Sul/SC Requirements: **Experience in quality assurance within the food industry.** **Supplier, certification, and audit management.** Familiarity with quality tools (Ishikawa, 5W2H, PDCA). Knowledge of legal requirements for the industry (ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities: Leadership and standardization of corporate SGI processes; management of materials and suppliers; certifications; audits; and non-conformities. Review of complex processes and critical impact analysis. Development of strategic solutions and alignment of requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Technical guidance and team direction. Monitoring of corporate performance and KPIs, including results analysis and action plan deployment. Organizational risk management, legal compliance, and corrective and preventive action plans. Reporting to senior management and support for strategic decision-making. Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
