With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily cash movements. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, following protocols, rules, regulations, and established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, verifying product labels, checking scale weights and system matching; processing payments — for checks, confirming prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure timely cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, totaling amounts, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box to avoid excessive exposed cash and ensure accurate reconciliation; Contribute to achieving targets of current campaigns by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for action; Help reduce front-end losses by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, expediting returns of perishable goods, etc.; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, etc.; Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** PRESIDENTE GETÚLIO \-SC **Working Hours:** 12:00 \- 20:20 **Benefits:** Attendance bonus Dental plan Pharmacy benefit program Store purchase discount program Life insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
