Job Summary: A perfumery professional responsible for customer service, sales, product restocking, and market trend analysis, with emphasis on empathy and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Market trend analysis in perfumery **READ CAREFULLY** Among all responsibilities of the PERFUMER position, you will need to perform some of the following tasks: * Restocking, organizing, and cleaning merchandise in the sales area * Assisting with WhatsApp customer service when required * Addressing customer inquiries about products * Approaching and guiding customers * Promoting sales of perfumery products * Identifying customer needs * Presenting products * Analyzing and monitoring market trends in perfumery Required skills include: * Excellent customer service and empathy * Basic knowledge of products, cosmetics, and vitamins * Strong organizational skills Working hours from Monday to Friday: daily workload of 7 hours, scheduled from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 22:00\. On Saturdays: daily workload of 8 hours, scheduled from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00\. On Sundays: daily workload of 10 hours, scheduled from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00\. We operate on rotating shifts under a time compensation system; the work schedule runs Monday through Sunday one week, and the following week includes time off on Saturday and Sunday. In other words, **one weekend worked and the next weekend off.**
