GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for producing specialty cuts, assembling and organizing display counters, serving customers—including advising on types of meats, products, and derivatives—performing cuts and deboning, as well as preserving, restocking, and organizing products in compliance with regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and targets.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED
Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and by providing personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on types of meats, products, and derivatives; perform cuts and deboning; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers—all while adhering to regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, established guidelines, and targets;
Support customer loyalty by preparing and displaying differentiated products—specialty cuts;
Collect and store leftover bones, fats, and tallow in designated collection boxes for sale to bone-processing factories;
Ensure adequate stock levels at service and self-service counters by preparing for store opening and restocking according to sales turnover;
Assist in verifying product expiration dates and quality—checking preservation status, evaluating and reusing products where possible, recommending replacements in cases of abnormalities per internal procedures—and ensure correct product pricing according to the official price list;
Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products—preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers—and maintain cleanliness and optimal working conditions in the area, following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards;
Minimize shrinkage and discrepancies by regularly auditing inventory and properly handling and storing meat;
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary;
Conduct ongoing training and guidance for the team;
Assist in related activities as required;
Requirements
**Experience (in field):** Butchery
**Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education
**Specific knowledge:** Meat deboning processes, specialty cutting techniques, counter assembly, food handling
Valid health certificate

**Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM
