Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating and controlling boilers, steam turbines, and water treatment systems, ensuring the efficiency of steam and electrical power generation. Training and guidance of assistants **Detailed Description:** * Operate and control the boiler and steam turbine according to manufacturer instructions and operational parameters specified by the production supervisor; * Operate and control water treatment systems for the boiler and cooling towers; * Monitor inventory of consumables used in operational activities and request material procurement to maintain minimum stock levels consistent with operational demands; * Inspect and monitor equipment and process efficiency for steam and electrical power generation at the URE, as per the operational plan; * Report boiler and system performance, as well as any incidents occurring in processes and equipment, to the supervisor; * Train and guide boiler and thermal generator assistants on area activities and processes; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Record operational data and incidents physically or digitally, as per the operational plan; * Monitor the use of equipment and tools, and request replacements from the immediate supervisor as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations; * Keep the immediate supervisor informed about area incidents; * Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and preservation of equipment, structures, and tools, as well as safeguard the company's brand and corporate image.
