




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of the transportation company, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving operational issues, and supporting the standardization of operations. Ensuring compliance with processes and delivery rules Ensure operational efficiency of the transportation company, service level, and end-to-end execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and monitor the daily loading schedule, route planning, and deliveries of the transportation company. * Monitor operational KPIs: On-Time In-Full (OTIF), delays, redeliveries, damages, returns, and incidents. * Directly address operational problems (e.g., delays, loading errors, vehicle shortages, customer restrictions). * Daily interface with distribution centers (DCs), the dispatch team, sales, and key customers. * Monitor fleet productivity (vehicle utilization, kilometers driven, idle time, loading/unloading time windows). * Ensure compliance with processes, delivery rules, scheduling, and tax requirements. * Support the transportation company's supervisors in standardizing operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in transportation and road freight management. * Experience in contracting and managing transportation companies. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs and freight cost management. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systems. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Joinville \- SC. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in national distribution operations. * Knowledge of freight auditing and CTE (Electronic Freight Bill) analysis. * Experience with systems such as SAP or Power BI. * Experience in logistics optimization and cost reduction projects. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
