**Responsibilities and duties**
* Plan sales strategies and market research for initiatives;
* Interpret market trends;
* Stay attentive to customers’ needs and characteristics;
* Build relationships based on trust and respect with customers;
* Monitor sales processes;
* Conduct sales and follow up on activation processes;
* Participate in commercial activities such as trade fairs and Pit Stops when required;
* Participate in external activities, such as flyer distribution;
* Work to ensure achievement of company-established commercial targets;
* Exclusive door-to-door customer service;
* Focus on proactive selling.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:**
Experience in external sales and negotiation;
Strong communication skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to business, people, and processes;
Innovative mindset.
**Education:**
Completed high school or currently pursuing a college degree or technical course in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, and/or related fields.
**Requirement:**
Valid driver’s license (CNH).
**Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
