Key role in continuous improvement and team training on best practices. The company is seeking a Quality Management System Analyst in Araricá. Efetivar is a company specialized in management solutions and operational efficiency. We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational productivity. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for structuring, implementing, maintaining, and improving the system that ensures product or service conformity with quality standards, aiming for customer satisfaction and corporate efficiency; mapping and monitoring processes; auditing the quality system; identifying and managing nonconformities; preparing reports; and participating in internal and external audits, using PDCA, 5W2H, and Lean tools. Implement and maintain the QMS; serve as the key person in creating and monitoring the Quality Management System, aiming for continuous process improvement. Monitor and analyze processes; oversee company activity execution to ensure compliance with standards and quality requirements. Identify and address nonconformities; detect failures; record identified issues; and develop action plans to correct them and prevent recurrence. Conduct audits; lead internal audits and assist in external audits to verify QMS effectiveness. Responsible for preparing and updating technical documents, such as manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms. Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); track quality metrics; analyze data; and generate reports for management. Promote continuous improvement; propose and implement new methodologies, technologies, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality. (5S). Conduct team training on quality best practices and communicate with various organizational departments to ensure policy adherence. Previous experience as a Quality Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
