Job Summary: Professional responsible for supervising service posts, covering staff absences, adjusting staffing levels, providing support, managing materials, assisting in the implementation of new service posts, and performing administrative tasks and training. Materials and fleet management OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR POSITION Responsibilities: . Conduct supervision at security and cleaning service posts; Cover daily operational staff absences; Adjust staffing levels as needed, applying disciplinary sanctions when required; Provide support with essential products and materials for service post activities; Control weapons and military-grade equipment at service posts; Assist in the implementation of new service posts; Manage vehicle fleet usage and maintenance; Perform administrative duties inherent to the position (timekeeping, shift scheduling, signatures, etc.); Develop Standard Operating Procedures for service posts; Instruct and train personnel; Schedule vacations, among other duties; Perform other related tasks as requested by the company. Requirements: \* Possession of Brazilian Driver's License Category B and an updated Security Guard Certification with current refresher training; \* Extensive experience supervising operational teams (facilities and private security sectors); Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Security Guard Certification with up-to-date refresher training? * Which region do you reside in?
