Job Summary: Operational Inspector responsible for supervision, personnel adjustment, material support and training, weapons and fleet control, and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and oversight of security and cleaning service posts 2. Control of firearms, military equipment, and vehicle fleet 3. Instruction and training of personnel, and development of procedures OPERATIONAL INSPECTOR POSITION Responsibilities: . Conduct supervision at security and cleaning service posts; Cover daily operational absences; Adjust personnel levels, applying disciplinary sanctions if necessary; Provide essential products and materials to support activities at service posts; Control firearms and military equipment at service posts; Assist in the implementation of service posts; Monitor vehicle fleet usage and maintenance; Perform administrative duties inherent to the position (attendance records, shift schedules, signatures, etc.); Develop Standard Operating Procedures for service posts; Instruct and train personnel; Schedule vacations and other related activities. Perform other related duties as requested by the company. Requirements: \* Possess driver's license category B and a valid Security Guard course with up-to-date refresher training; \* Extensive experience supervising operational teams (Facilities and Private Security sectors); Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Security Guard course and up-to-date refresher training? * Which region do you reside in?
