Job Summary:
The Industrial Plumber designs, installs, and maintains hydraulic systems, conducting pressure tests and welding on various metallic alloys.

The Industrial Plumber develops installation projects, selects pipe routing layouts, and calculates pipe dimensions. Additionally, they determine material quantities required for projects and maintenance tasks, and conduct fluid pressure and leak-tightness tests to prevent leaks. They join and cut metallic alloy components using welding and cutting processes such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, metal inert gas (MIG) welding, metal active gas (MAG) welding, oxy-fuel welding, submerged arc welding, brazing, and plasma cutting. They prepare equipment, accessories, welding and cutting consumables, and parts to be welded. This professional is responsible for installing and maintaining hydraulic (fire protection) systems in residential buildings, commercial establishments, and industrial facilities.

Driver's License Category B
