Diagnosis and resolution of fiber optic network issues **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio, telephony, and fiber optic internet equipment; Perform work at heights using appropriate PPE; Provide technical support and equipment configuration to customers; Diagnose and resolve fiber optic network issues; Install, configure, and maintain equipment on internet towers; Perform low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to provide connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive network components, as well as all types of equipment in FTTX and radio networks; Remove equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain the vehicle, tools, uniforms, PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), and related items used in daily activities; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Maintain conduct in accordance with Compliance standards, Code of Ethics, and other company policies; Travel when necessary; Serve internal and external clients; Perform other duties relevant to the area as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education.
