Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Designer with experience in financial systems and ERPs, autonomy to lead the design process, and strong analytical capabilities. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in digital agriculture or SaaS is a plus Description: * Experience with financial, accounting, and ERP systems; * Leadership and autonomy in driving the design process; * Strong analytical ability to understand complex problems and propose efficient solutions; * Experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills; * Proficiency in Figma; * Experience collaborating with development teams; * Ability to conduct user research and interviews; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre/RS. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in digital agriculture, either B2C or B2B; * Experience in SaaS / subscription-based software; * Independent management of the design process, aligning decisions and solutions through direct collaboration with the technology team; * End-to-end involvement—from discovery through implementation—ensuring excellence at each stage; * Designing interaction flows for digital products across platforms such as web and mobile; * Creating and optimizing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for new features and product updates; * Conducting usability tests with users to evaluate product performance and collect feedback for continuous improvement; * Ensuring visual quality and consistency of developed applications and systems, aligned with industry best practices and market trends. 2511210202471881912
