Lead end-to-end design projects Description: We seek an experienced and autonomous professional who possesses: * Strong analytical ability to understand complex problems and propose efficient solutions; * Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant skills; * Experience with financial, accounting, and ERP systems; * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro, among others; * Experience working with development teams, applying agile methodologies for product/project delivery; * Ability to conduct user research and interviews; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre/RS. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in digital agriculture, either B2C or B2B; * Leadership and communication skills to guide design vision and collaborate across departments; * Lead end-to-end design projects, from conception through implementation, ensuring excellence at every stage; * Design interaction flows for digital products across platforms, including web and mobile; * Create and optimize wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for new features and product updates; * Conduct and analyze usability tests and other user testing methods to evaluate product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement; * Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for design and user experience enhancements; * Ensure visual quality and consistency of applications and systems developed, aligning with industry best practices and market trends. 2512180202551872822
