We respect diversity and believe that diverse teams contribute to more innovative ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Help us design the solution!** If you enjoy development work, love challenges, appreciate implementing solutions grounded in best practices, and are open to working in teams that respect who you are and your opinions, you are VERY close to joining our DB team. **Responsibilities** * Migrate applications from React Native to Flutter, ensuring performance and stability; * Develop new features with a focus on quality and maintainability; * Implement improvements that help increase app store ratings; * Work with observability and monitoring, helping identify and resolve issues before they impact users; * Collaborate with Backend and Infrastructure teams in an Azure environment; * Ensure adherence to development best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI; * Participate in code reviews, proposing improvements and disseminating best practices across the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements to apply for this position:** * Solid experience with **Flutter** and **Dart**; * Knowledge of **State Management** (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, etc.); * Experience integrating **REST** and/or **GraphQL APIs**; * Experience with **unit** and **integration testing**; * Experience with **observability** (monitoring logs, metrics, and app failures); * Knowledge of **CI/CD** and **pipelines** on Azure; * Proficiency in **Clean Code**, **SOLID**, **DRY**, **KISS**, and **YAGNI** principles; * Familiarity with clean, decoupled, and extensible architectures (**Clean Architecture**, **MVVM**, **Hexagonal**, etc.); * Advanced use of **Git** and version control best practices. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with Face ID / biometrics; * Experience publishing and maintaining apps on app stores; * Knowledge of Azure DevOps, App Center, and production app monitoring; * Prior experience in maintenance and UX/UI improvement projects for corporate apps. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll get with us:** * Market-competitive compensation; * Meal allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work subsidy; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Dress code: be yourself; * TotalPass: care for your physical and mental health. **About DB** We are a software house delivering custom-built solutions.
