**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Onboard new employees by introducing them to the tools used by the company; Assist in analyzing and documenting service requests from the department; Provide user support regarding software and application issues and inquiries, following Help Desk procedures; Handle various documents; Liaise with the Purchasing Department to coordinate with suppliers, forwarding departmental requests and tracking deadlines; Create and/or modify functionalities within the company's system tools using Low\-code platforms; Analyze project requirements involving the IT area, assisting in defining project scope when necessary and participating in execution phases; Be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining tools according to the company's needs. REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in IT or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of PL/pgSQL; Experience with PostgreSQL databases; Programming language knowledge: C\#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, Python, PHP; Familiarity with Low\-Code development tools; Understanding of Agile methodology.
