Warehouse Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Assist in warehouse activities, including control, receipt, storage, and handling of parts and materials, as well as supporting the supply of production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and cleaning of the warehouse area Work in the Warehouse Department, assisting with control, receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of parts and materials; assist with inbound and outbound controls of parts and materials; reconcile physical inventory with accounting records and report discrepancies; support production line supply by transporting raw materials and supplies via carts or manually; and perform other related and inherent duties. 1\. Assist with control, receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of parts and materials in the company's warehouse, verifying their conformity with the Purchase Order and quantities/volumes as specified on the Invoice. 2\. Assist with inbound and outbound controls of parts and materials, reconciling physical inventory with accounting records and reporting identified discrepancies to supervisors. 3\. Occasionally assist with production line supply by manually transporting raw materials and supplies, always complying with supervisor instructions. 4\. Perform various general tasks within the department, such as organization, cleaning, document control, courier packages, and other items, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. 5\. Seek guidance from immediate supervisors when encountering doubts related to task execution, thereby contributing to achieving established goals within required timelines and quality standards. 6\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of departmental materials. 7\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. 8\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence regulations. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
