Engages in customer service and technical coordination with transporters (guidance, training, and route monitoring). Manages vehicle flow, handles scheduling pending items, and monitors arrival and departure time windows. Acts as the focal point for reporting and addressing safety matters (incidents and RMQs) and for physical cylinder inventory control. Additionally, performs technical activities including cylinder sorting, filling, and gas analysis, ensuring raw material compliance and functional maintenance of filling equipment. Operates cargo-handling equipment under direct supervision. **Logistics and Asset Control** * **Vehicle Flow:** Monitor unit entry and exit via security systems and forms, ensuring accurate timing records and access compliance. * **Inspection and Billing:** Perform physical inspection (quantitative and qualitative) of cylinders; issue and verify sales and transportation fiscal documents to ensure integrity of company assets. * **Logistics Support:** Manage pending primary and secondary operations, reporting data to DG Central to optimize load scheduling. * **KPI Monitoring:** Manage local indicators, including service response times, reasons for product returns, and transportation incidents, proposing immediate solutions. **Safety, Quality and Compliance** * **Risk Management:** Implement and document near-miss, incident, and RMQ reports, supporting coordination in resolving safety events. * **Checklists and Standards:** Conduct vehicle and cylinder inspections per **POP-SEDC-62.010**, ensuring transporters complete required safety training. * **Inventory:** Perform physical counts and audits of inventory according to management-defined frequency. * **Quality Assurance:** Perform gas analyses, physical integrity inspections (valves, paint, hydrostatic testing, and manufacturing standards), and ensure flawless completion of production dossiers. **Production Operations and Maintenance** * **Filling Process:** Carry out cylinder sorting, handling, and filling strictly adhering to safety standards and contracted volume requirements. * **Systems and Technology:** Record operational data in the **TOTVS** system and use handheld data collectors for barcode-based traceability. * **Operational Maintenance:** Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of filling ramps and compression pumps to ensure operational continuity. * **Efficiency:** Actively contribute to productivity metrics and report technical non-conformities (leaks, vacuum pump failures, or tank level issues) to supervision. ________________________________________________________________ **Do you have these requirements?** Technical certification required. **Your differences drive our performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, which means that, regardless of your gender identity, sexual orientation, color, age, religion, nationality or disability, we value a work environment made up of true stories, built by true people.
