Then don’t wait any longer — grow with us!! **\#JoinRandon** **\#JoinFrasleMobility** **Responsibilities and duties** Your main responsibilities will be: * Provide technical leadership for the Production Planning and Control area, identifying and guiding other analysts on departmental routines and methodologies to achieve established goals; * Perform production planning by executing daily routines, considering inventory policies, market priorities and volumes, production capacity, labor availability, and raw material constraints — all aimed at meeting sales forecasts; develop, implement, and maintain an updated process map for the area, leading and/or participating in meetings with interfacing departments such as Demand Management, Production, PCO, and PCM to ensure alignment across all processes. * Analyze changes in market and factory scenarios, taking appropriate actions regarding material production to minimize impacts and better serve customers. * Conduct follow-up between PCP and Production to identify discrepancies between planned and executed activities; * Implement, maintain, and improve planning area processes, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance with quality requirements — aiming for excellence in your process and achievement of defined KPIs; * Identify production and procurement capacity constraints, proposing alternatives jointly with involved departments; * Prepare and propose analyses, statistics, and reports to support decision-making within the area. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Graduate studies underway in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * PPCP — Production Planning and Control; * Integrated PCP Management; * Advanced Excel. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of SAP system; * Experience in administrative routines; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships. * Experience in logistics processes or planning and scheduling routines; **Additional information** **Working hours:** * ADM Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:10 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:10 PM. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Employee association; * Credit cooperative; * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program; #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
