Description: About the position:* We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to lead the overnight shift team, ensuring efficiency and organization in the operations of receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping materials and products. The professional will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring performance indicators, and promoting continuous improvements in logistics processes. Main responsibilities:* Plan, organize, and supervise all logistics activities. * Manage and optimize material and information flows, seeking continuous process improvement and reduction of operational costs. * Lead, develop, and motivate the logistics team, ensuring goal achievement and excellence in service delivery. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of the area, preparing management reports and proposing action plans. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation standards for logistics operations. Mandatory requirements:* Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in logistics operations, preferably in medium- or large-sized companies. * In-depth knowledge of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. * Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Analytical ability to interpret data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel—desirable.
