Job Summary: Environmental Analyst responsible for license management, report preparation, environmental consulting, inspections, and monitoring, aiming to reduce environmental impact. Participation in environmental inspections and monitoring We are seeking an Environmental Analyst focused on licenses. The role involves planning and maintaining the environmental management system, as well as preparing reports for submission to public environmental regulatory agencies. The analyst will provide environmental consulting, participate in environmental inspections, and conduct environmental monitoring. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide consulting on environmental matters. * Process Operational License renewal applications with Municipal, State, and Federal agencies. * Technical Responsibility for submitting protocols to public agencies requesting authorizations for tree pruning and vegetation removal, aiming to obtain such authorizations through coordination with competent environmental agencies. * Provide technical oversight of pruning, vegetation removal, and transplantation services. * Monitor expiration dates of conditions attached to environmental licenses and authorizations, ensuring timely renewals with environmental regulatory and sanitary surveillance agencies. * Complete Terms of Reference, prepare technical documentation, submit physical documents, and provide technical responses to agencies via email—covering Operational License processes, responses to Notices, and expansion-related activities. * Participate in periodic environmental inspections for technical follow-up alongside area suppliers. * Develop and implement projects aimed at reducing environmental impact. * Monitor pest control services in condominiums. * Conduct training and awareness programs on environmental policy through communication and environmental education. * Monitor water, air, effluent, soil, ambient noise, and degraded area samples and collections resulting from liabilities and/or contamination. * Prepare and draft technical opinions relevant to the field. * Identify environmental aspects and impacts, analyze environmental documents and records, describe environmental work procedures and instructions based on applicable environmental legislation and standards, and train related departments on methods for eliminating and reducing environmental impacts. * Catalog tree species, monitor phytosanitary conditions, and manage pruning, removal, transplantation, and vegetation management processes in coordination with licensing agencies. * Characterize species ecology, fertilization frequency, and topiary methods for landscaping areas. * Conduct periodic technical visits to collect data and prepare field-specific reports, including Vegetation Coverage Reports (LCV) for all units, including land parcels. * Review information collected via technicians’ checklists regarding the preparation and implementation of Solid Waste Management Plans (PGRS) and Reverse Logistics System Management Plans (PGSLR); Monitoring Plans and Reports for sound emissions; Liquid effluent treatment; Atmospheric emission monitoring; and Water resource monitoring. * Promote and disseminate technologies, information, and complementary programs related to conservation, preservation, eradication, management, and improvement of organisms and the environment, as well as Environmental Education. * Establish technical guidelines and prerequisites for contracting studies and documents required in environmental licensing processes. * Advise on vegetation management studies and executive projects, coordinated by Project and Installation Management (GPI). * Advise on technical management of the ONLINE Waste Transport Manifest (MTR) in RS and SP. * Monitor processes for obtaining Water Resource Capture Permits through deep tubular wells; maintain compliance with associated conditions and ensure their validity. * Monitor remediation processes for contaminated/degraded areas, both in stores and in expansion areas and land parcels. * Control issuance and renewal of IBAMA’s Federal Technical Registry. * Control validity of the Federal Police Certificate. * Manage information and schedule activities for environmental technicians. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, or Chemical Engineering. * Technical knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Environmental Licensing. * Knowledge of Reverse Logistics. * Familiarity with Waste Management Laws. **Additional Information** * Annual PPR. * Unimed health insurance. * Dental insurance. * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation allowance per CLT regulations. * Retail worker day off \- Day Off.
