Key Responsibilities: 1. Produce and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages according to Roister standards 2. Manage inventory, record production data, and conduct stocktaking 3. If you are passionate about gastronomy, engaging with people, collaborating in a team, and energized to delight guests and deliver results, this is a great opportunity! * Produce and/or serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages in accordance with the **Roister standard**, representing the brand’s strength to customers; * Monitor and request restocking of supplies from the inventory department to ensure the bar remains fully stocked (supplies, beers, utensils, and all other items necessary for smooth bar operations); * Maintain strict inventory control by accurately recording production data, preparing beverages per technical specifications, and actively participating in periodic stock counts and inventories; * Present the menu and beverage list to customers and clarify any questions; Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (6-day workweek with 1 day off\) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Gympass * Dental care * On-site meals * Health insurance
