Itaú Unibanco is one of the largest banks in Brazil, offering a broad range of financial services. The institution operates across retail, wholesale, and investment segments. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person customer service (PAB – Banking Service Point), identifying customers’ needs. Deliver consultation and sell financial products and services appropriate to each customer’s profile. Clarify questions regarding accounts, loans, investments, insurance, and other bank products. Open accounts, register customers, and perform other operational procedures. Achieve and exceed commercial targets for customer acquisition, retention, and product sales. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering a positive experience. Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and regulations set forth by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and the Consumer Protection Code.
