Develop and guide the finance team. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Supervise and control the company's financial activities, ensuring efficient management of accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, treasury, and internal controls. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations, supporting strategic decision-making and the organization's financial sustainability. Responsibilities: Supervise routine accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury operations. Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow to ensure operational funding. Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions. Control and validate accounting and tax entries, ensuring compliance with legislation. Prepare and present managerial financial reports to support executive leadership. Monitor financial indicators (e.g., delinquency, financing costs, liquidity) and propose improvements. Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget (budget) and financial forecasts. Negotiate credit terms, payment deadlines, and interest rates with banks, suppliers, and financial partners. Support internal and external audit management by providing necessary information and documentation. Supervise the proper implementation of internal financial policies and procedures. Develop and guide the finance team, promoting training and engagement. Ensure confidentiality and security of the organization's financial information. Proactive collections and credit analysis. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Financial Management, Controllership, or related fields is desirable. Previous experience in financial routines, with supervision or coordination responsibilities. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
