Employee support and guidance The company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Canoas. **Responsibilities:** Carry out onboarding, offboarding, and homologation procedures. Manage payroll, vacation pay, and the 13th salary. Administer benefits such as transportation vouchers and meal vouchers. Issue labor and social security documents, including INSS, FGTS, and IRRF. Monitor electronic timekeeping and working hours management. Support employees and provide guidance on labor-related matters. Maintain and organize personnel department files. Meet established deadlines and ensure compliance with current legislation. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
