And we consistently promote **transformation and innovation**, exploring new ideas and ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in developing and updating product technical specifications using CAD (CREO) and ERP (SAP). * Monitor stages of the product development process, supporting departmental activities. * Participate in prototype development and evaluation, overseeing laboratory tests and trials. * Support project leaders in interfacing between Engineering and Manufacturing during product development. * Monitor project implementation and delivery stages, contributing to meeting established schedules and objectives. * Assist in organizing technical documentation and supporting activities related to new product development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Control and Automation Engineering) or related fields; * Enrolled between the 1st and 4th semester, available for a 2-year internship; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Language: English (intermediate level); * Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and CREO is a plus. **Additional Information** * Undergraduate internship stipend: R$ 1\.500,00 * Medical and dental assistance; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance + Shuttle service (for factory locations); * Life insurance; * Wellhub — a wellness benefit supporting your physical and mental health; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, your friends, and family; * **Testers Program** — aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee usage and evaluation. * Work location: Canoas/RS * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: 6 hours daily — either from 7:20 AM to 2:20 PM or from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (to be arranged) We are **Midea Carrier**, a joint venture between **Midea**, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances and air conditioning systems, and **Carrier**, a global leader in HVAC and the company founded by Willis Carrier, inventor of modern air conditioning.
