And we continuously promote **transformation and innovation**, seeking new ideas and ways to evolve—whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation of projects to ensure execution, resolve medium- and high-complexity issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and visual warehouse management. * Develop various reports for monitoring and controlling key logistics activities. * Monitor departmental expenses and track purchase requisitions; evaluate quotations and submit them for manager approval. * Perform operational support routines, either via SAP and WM system tools or through active participation in various process stages. * Monitor system-based and physical inventory adjustments, as well as inter-warehouse transfers; track, control, and record rework requests and factory blocks. * Support the execution of cycle and general inventories, propose improvements, and assist the accuracy assistant in decision-making. * Support the accuracy assistant in controlling and receiving returns and internal audits, monitor import receipt discrepancies, analyze shipment discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy. * Comply with quality management, occupational safety, and environmental policies and procedures within your area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or Administration; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, SAP, BI, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of inventory management; * Physical and fiscal material receipt; * Project and process management; **Additional Information** * Medical and dental assistance; * Cafeteria (factories); * Transportation allowance / Shuttle service (factories); * Wellhub \- a wellness benefit helping you care for your physical and mental health; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * PAR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, friends, and family; * **Midea Carrier Education Program** \- tuition subsidy provided to employees for continuous development and learning at colleges, universities, and educational institutions (after 12 months with the company); * **Testers Program** \- aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee usage and evaluation. * Work location: Canoas * Work modality: On-site * Working hours: 7:20 AM \- 5:08 PM * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) We are **Midea Carrier**, a joint venture between **Midea**, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of home appliances and air conditioners, and **Carrier**, a global leader in HVAC and the company founded by Willis Carrier, inventor of modern air conditioning.
