




Technical knowledge required: Proficiency in computer skills and Office suite, especially Excel; Knowledge of inventory control; Experience with management systems. Completed secondary education. Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. Driver's license preferred. Job responsibilities: Provide support to the maintenance team; Complete maintenance-related documents, such as equipment departure and return checklists, as well as damage assessment reports; open and close maintenance orders in the system and APP. Manage spare parts for repairs, issue invoices (NF) for dispatch and return, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate logistics for material shipment and collection; Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; monitor inventory of spare parts and consumable materials.
