Job Summary: The professional will attend to customers, manage inventory, perform operations on electronic transportation voucher systems, and carry out operational/administrative activities. Technical-operational support and administrative tasks **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer requests via e\-mail and telephone; * Card inventory management; * Perform operations such as card registration, request, and association on electronic transportation voucher operator websites; * Request card blocking and duplicate cards; * Update spreadsheets and internal systems; * Carry out operational/administrative activities in accordance with departmental standards and procedures; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace and materials; * Provide technical \- operational support to related departments; * Perform other related duties inherent to the position, as well as tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree \- Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration or related fields. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Relevant work experience. **Compensation \+ Benefits:** Salary: R$ 2043.87 Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ Meal Voucher (VR) R$ 648.04 \+ Food Allowance (VA) R$ 537.84 \+ Health Insurance \+ Dental Insurance \+ Life Insurance \+ Education Assistance \+ Birthday Day Off and Gift Voucher \+ Profit Sharing Program (PPR) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00, with a 1 hour and 30 minute break, then from 13:30 to 18:00\.
