Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Credit, and Collections, ensuring fulfillment of the company’s financial obligations; analyze and recommend investment and fund-raising strategies; control delinquency; and manage credit and collection policies—including marketplace operations. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring resources for operations and fulfillment of financial obligations. 2\. Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify opportunities for improving profitability and resource allocation. 3\. Control operational costs and expenses, pursuing efficient financial practices. 4\. Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure optimal service and financing terms. 5\. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, interest rate fluctuations, and economic variations. 6\. Supervise and develop the finance team, ensuring adherence to internal policies and best practices. 7\. Manage the payment cycle, approving supplier payments and other obligations efficiently. 8\. Develop financial projections and reports, identifying trends that may impact strategic decisions. 9\. Approve supplier advances, aligned with operational needs and financial policies. 10\. Define and monitor credit and collection policies to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow. 11\. Approve customer, installer, and partner service provider reimbursements per internal guidelines. 12\. Lead financial fund-raising and implement investment strategies meeting the company’s capital requirements. 13\. Develop new financial products adding value to financial management and company operations. **Requirements:** Financial Mathematics and HP 12 C Collections System. Credit Analysis. Comprehensive knowledge of all company routines: logistics, sales, warranty, administration, finance, procurement.
