Job Summary: Manage telecommunications teams, including people management, monitoring of quality and safety indicators, and development and training of new teams and employees. Key Highlights: 1. Development and training of new teams What you need to become a **Field Leader** at the fastest-growing company in southern Brazil *\#JoinOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the team and participate in employee hiring and termination processes jointly with Human Resources and People Management departments; * Conduct performance feedback, probationary period evaluations, internal transfers, and annual evaluations for team members; * Analyze and supervise internal team quality, productivity, and occupational safety indicators; * Monitor service execution by teams, providing support or assistance where necessary; * Initiate and monitor Service Orders (OS) for various requests — material requisitions, access permissions, and accommodations; * Analyze and monitor OS opening, material registration, photos, and closure; * Train new internal and external teams (Osirnet and third parties); * Integrate employees into the department and train them according to their job descriptions and assigned responsibilities; * Manage uniforms, ID badges, and access permissions; * Identify team needs jointly with the People Management department; * Organize departmental organizational charts, personnel structures, and process flows; * Analyze overall departmental results, measuring and evaluating them to promote continuous improvement of both overall outcomes and employee performance; * Manage departmental documentation, including workflows, work instructions, operational spreadsheets, and other documents; * Control and update the list of employees along with their respective costs; * Conduct team training and development with field-based records; * Supervise and monitor shift schedules, technicians, and internal teams, as well as start times for work shifts; * Manage timekeeping for supervised employees; * Perform other duties related to this role, as determined by management and executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Porto Alegre/RS or its metropolitan area; * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Telecommunications (or related fields); * Basic computer skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of structured cabling and building installations; * Knowledge of FTTH and FTTX technologies; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Institutional plan discount for Osir employees who are also Osir customers * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always By Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at: educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other partner companies Osirnet’s purpose is to spark a smile of satisfaction among everyone who works here!
