Parts organization and inventory control for repairs Cellphone Maintenance Technician LOFT, a leading brand in mobile accessories, electronics, and technical assistance, is currently hiring a Cellphone Maintenance Technician. We seek a responsible, organized, agile, and quality-focused professional who enjoys technology and pays close attention to detail. Responsibilities * Perform smartphone maintenance and repairs (screen replacement, battery replacement, connector replacement, etc.). * Conduct technical diagnostics and functional testing. * Provide technical customer support, clearly explaining services performed. * Record service orders and track repair progress. * Maintain workstation and technical department organization and cleanliness. * Manage and request necessary parts and supplies for repairs. * Support the sales team with technical information when required. Requirements * Prior experience in cellphone maintenance. * Knowledge of screen, battery, and connector replacement, as well as minor repairs. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and careful handling of devices. * Commitment to deadlines and service quality.
