Support in the analysis of indicators and reports **Job Mission** Responsible for supporting processes related to freight and carriers, performing audit, bookkeeping, and resolution of freight invoice and Electronic Transport Document (CTE) discrepancies, aiming to contribute to the organization and control of logistics costs, while supporting the team in analyzing and monitoring indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of delivery routes and execution of systemic routines related to product distribution, as well as monitoring deliveries; * Monitor scheduling and delivery deadlines for goods; * Manage expense invoices, foreign exchange projections, and payments to customs brokers related to the import process, and forward them to the Tax Department to ensure timely payment; * Complete and prepare departmental reports and controls, and enter information into management tools when necessary, supporting management decision-making; * Receive, forward, and properly archive documents originating from deliveries; * Generate reports and provide support to supply and inventory management analysts. **Basic Requirements:** * Completed High School education. **Desired Requirements:** * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Prior office experience is desirable (preferably in a corporate environment).
