As Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supervising field activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications. Job Responsibilities: Plan logistics and teamwork for event execution and post-event activities; supervise field teams to assess performance and identify areas for improvement in service delivery; conduct project-related events; meet deadlines and targets; develop project action schedules; oversee the project's operational management; lead teams; build strategic contact databases for project activities; ensure proper handling of demands arising from activities; monitor and present results and performance indicators; support client relationship management; consolidate, validate, and submit weekly and monthly reports; guarantee evidence documenting activity implementation.
