If you identify with our purpose and seek professional growth and development, let’s move forward together! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for maintaining flowerbeds’ gardens, removing waste from temporary storage areas, sweeping sidewalks, cleaning external glass surfaces, cleaning metal window frames, and maintaining the surroundings of the Clinical Center — all aimed at keeping areas clean and landscaping harmonious with the hospital complex. **Main Activities:** * Sweep sidewalks and external stairs using brooms designated for external areas, ensuring external areas remain organized and clean. * Wash sidewalks and external stairs using high-pressure washers to remove slime when necessary, aiming to keep external areas clean. * Perform pruning, planting, and daily flowerbed maintenance using lawn mowers, pruning shears, and gardening tools, maintaining an organized landscape at the Clinical Center. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Have:** * Completed elementary education. **Additional Information:** * Prior experience in this field is desirable. * Work modality: On-site. **Additional Information** **Join Our Team!** We are a Marista institution that believes in the potential of our employees.
