




Attend to customers, provide information and direct them to the relevant departments of the company. Receive and distribute correspondence, verify and release vehicles from the yard, and enter information into the system. * Greet and attend to customers, managing access control; * Provide information to internal and external customers; * Manage internal documentation through receipt and routing of correspondence; * Control, register, and deliver documents and accessories related to sold vehicles; * Support the scheduling management for the Director of Operations; * Verify and authorize the exit of sold vehicles from the company’s yard; * Enter information into the company’s management systems; * Perform other activities of the same nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Education:** * Completed High School. **Required Knowledge:** * Excel: Ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, charts, and functions (such as pivot tables, spreadsheet formatting), etc. * Word: Writing and formatting of corporate documents. * PowerPoint: Creation of structured visual presentations for meetings, processes, and reports. * Outlook: Email management, formatting, and calendar management. * Customer Service Skills * Ability to manage customer service for internal and external customers via phone, email, or in person. * Public document / Detran procedures. * Communication and Negotiation Skills.
